The Viewer — Accessing Reports Online

The Viewer lets supervisors review patrol data from any browser without needing to open Deggy Control AI. A Viewer login must be set up in Deggy Control AI first.

 

Set Up Viewer Access in Deggy Control AI

1.  Open Deggy Control AI.

2.  Click Registers → select AI Viewer Users.

3.  Click New, enter the user's name and email address.

4.  Set a password → click Save.

5.  Repeat for each person who needs Viewer access.

 

Access the Viewer from a Browser

6.  Go to deggy.com and click AI Viewer at the top of the page.

7.  Enter your username and password → click Login.

8.  Select Pen as the data type.

9.  Set the Interval (date range, maximum 30 days) → click View.

10.  Optionally click Smart Map to see a color-coded map of tour status.
