Welcome to Deggy NXT PRO Service for the Steel Pen + Online System. With PRO Service, the Deggy team handles your complete system configuration remotely — you do not need to install or manage any software except for one small transfer application on your on-site computer.

 

What the Deggy Team Handles for You

• All Deggy Control AI software setup and configuration
• Registering your company, sites, and personnel
• Programming the Steel Pen
• Registering and naming all Checkpoint Buttons
• Creating tour schedules
• Setting up report distribution and automatic email reports
• Configuring your Viewer access

 

What You Need to Do

• Complete your onboarding forms
• Install the small DLS Online transfer software on your on-site computer
• Mount the Checkpoint Buttons at your patrol locations
• Use the Steel Pen for daily patrols

Step 1 — Complete Your Onboarding Forms

Provide your company, site, and checkpoint information so the Deggy team can configure your system.

Step 2 — Install Deggy Online DLS AI Software (On-Site Computer)

The only software you need to install — transfers Steel Pen data to the cloud automatically.

Step 3 — Mount Your Checkpoint Buttons

Your Buttons arrive pre-labeled. Mount them at the correct patrol locations.

Step 4 — Daily Use — Running Patrols & Downloading Data

How personnel use the Steel Pen and how data transfers online.

Step 5 — The Viewer — Accessing Reports Online

View and share patrol data from any browser.

Step 6 — Reports & Automatic Email Reports

Your reports are configured and sent automatically by the Deggy team.

Common issues and how to resolve them.
