Getting Started: PRO Service — AI App System
Welcome to Deggy NXT PRO Service for the AI App System. With PRO Service, the Deggy team handles your complete system configuration — you do not need to install or manage any computer software. Your only jobs are to fill out the onboarding forms, install and activate the Guard Tour App on your smartphones, and mount the Checkpoint Buttons.

Step 1 — Complete Your Onboarding Forms
Provide your company, site, and checkpoint information so the Deggy team can configure your system.
Step 2 — Install & Activate the App on Smartphones
Download the Guard Tour App and activate it using your activation codes.
Step 3 — Mount Your QR Checkpoint Buttons
Your Buttons arrive pre-labeled. Mount them at the correct patrol locations.
Step 4 — Daily Use — Using the App & Running Patrols
How personnel scan QR checkpoints and log incidents.
Step 5 — The AI Viewer — Accessing Reports Online
View and share patrol data from any browser or inside the app.
Step 6 — Reports & Automatic Email Reports
Your reports are configured and sent automatically by the Deggy team.

Common issues and how to resolve them.
