Daily Use — Downloading & Viewing Data Online
For Personnel — Running a Patrol
1. Pick up the Steel Pen.
2. At each checkpoint, touch the tip of the Steel Pen firmly to the center metal disc of the Button. The Pen will beep and flash green to confirm.
3. Continue through all checkpoints on the patrol route.
4. The Steel Pen stores up to 11,000 hits — there is no need to download after every tour.
Downloading Data — On-Site Computer
5. Insert the Steel Pen into the DLS Online (snaps into place).
6. The Deggy Online DLS AI software will automatically detect the Pen and transfer data to the cloud.
7. Confirm the transfer was successful — the software will show a confirmation message.
8. Remove the Pen from the DLS immediately after transfer.
Pulling Data into Deggy Control AI — Management Computer
9. Open Deggy Control AI on the management computer.
10. Click Synchronize Cloud to pull the latest data.
11. The data is now available in the Reports section.
