For Personnel — Running a Patrol
1. Open the Deggy Guard Tour App on the smartphone.
2. At each checkpoint, scan the QR Button using the app camera. The app records the scan with a timestamp and syncs automatically to the cloud.
3. If an incident occurs, use the app's incident reporting feature to log it with notes or a photo.
4. Data syncs in real time when the device has connectivity. If offline, scans are stored and sync when connectivity is restored.
For Supervisors — Reviewing Data in Deggy Control AI
5. In Deggy Control AI, click Synchronize Cloud to pull the latest data.
6. Go to Reports → select the report type.
7. Set the date range and filters → click Run.
