Create Tour Schedules

Tours are optional but recommended for detailed compliance reporting. The software matches patrol data to the schedule automatically — nothing needs to be configured in the app or on the Buttons.

 

1.  In Deggy Control AI, click Registers → select Tours → click New.

2.  Enter the tour name and assign it to a Site and Company.

3.  Add the checkpoints that belong to this tour in the required order.

4.  Set expected time windows for each checkpoint if desired.

5.  Click Save.

Note: If you do not set up tour schedules, patrol data will still be recorded in the Downloads Report — it just will not be compared against a schedule.
