Register QR Checkpoint Buttons

Option A — Register Before Mounting (Recommended)

1.  Open the Deggy Guard Tour App on the smartphone.

2.  Scan each QR Button using the app camera.

3.  In Deggy Control AI, click Synchronize Cloud to pull the scans.

4.  Click Download → click Open Collection. Select the first unnamed checkpoint.

5.  Set Kind of Button to Checkpoint → click OK.

6.  Fill in the Description (checkpoint name), assign a Tour and Site → click Save.

7.  Mount the Button at its correct location.

8.  Repeat for all remaining Buttons.

 

Option B — Register After Mounting

9.  Mount the QR Buttons at their checkpoint locations.

10.  Open the app and scan each mounted Button in order.

11.  In Deggy Control AI, click Synchronize Cloud.

12.  Click Download → Open Collection → select each unnamed checkpoint and name it.

13.  Assign a Tour and Site → click Save. Repeat for all.

Note: Buttons arrive with generic numbers (1, 2, 3...) unless you submitted checkpoint names before shipment. Refer to your onboarding form to confirm which number goes where.
