The AI Viewer — Accessing Reports Online

The AI Viewer lets supervisors review patrol data from any web browser or directly inside the Deggy Guard Tour App.

Note: A Viewer login must be set up in Deggy Control AI before anyone can access the Viewer. Contact support@deggy.com if you need help setting up Viewer users.

 

Access from a Browser

1.  Go to deggy.com and click AI Viewer at the top of the page.

2.  Enter your username and password → click Login.

3.  Select Tour, DeggyWeb/App, or Pen as the data type.

4.  Set the Interval (date range, maximum 30 days) → click View.

5.  Optionally click Smart Map to see color-coded tour status on a map.

 

Access from the App

6.  Open the Deggy Guard Tour App.

7.  Tap Viewer → enter your username and password → tap Login.

8.  Select the data type and date range → tap View.
