Install Deggy Online DLS AI Software (On-Site Computer)

The Deggy Online DLS AI software is installed on the on-site computer. It automatically transfers Steel Pen data to the Deggy cloud whenever the Pen is placed in the DLS.

 

1.  Download Deggy Online DLS AI v1.5.21 from: https://tinyurl.com/y6u2n5pj — the installer will save to your Downloads folder.

2.  Double-click the installer to run it. Keep all default settings.

3.  Plug the DLS Online into the on-site computer via USB cable.

4.  Open the Deggy Online DLS AI software.

5.  Check the connection status: Successful — green Reader and Connection boxes, RC number visible. Unsuccessful — red boxes. Check the USB connection.

Important: If the on-site computer already has the older Deggy Control (standard) software installed, you must run a compatibility update before installing. Run the update first: https://deggy-downloads.s3.us-east-1.amazonaws.com/installers/deggy-control/DeggyControl2020v5.3.7-Update.exe
