Set Up App Incident Types

Incident types are the list of events that personnel can report through the app during a patrol — for example "Suspicious Person", "Door Left Open", or "Lights On".

 

1.  Click Registers → select AI App Incidents List.

2.  Click New and fill in the List Name (e.g. the site name or a category like "Security Incidents").

3.  Select the Company.

4.  Click New to add each incident type → click Save after each entry.

5.  Repeat until all incident types are entered for this list.

Note: You can create multiple incident lists — for example one per site — and assign each app activation code to a different list.
